The Signature Hens Party
The ultimate pre-party flow for the bride-to-be.
- The Movement: A 45-minute "Glow & Flow" session tailored to the group's energy. This can be an easy morning flow or a core & glute burner to kick off the bachelorette weekend activities.
- The Refreshment: A post class glass, electrolyte shots or a chilled signature cocktail. Depending on your bride tribe vibe, we can cater to your needs.
- The Goodies: Every guest receives a curated Pilates Hour party bag to match your Hens party theme. With a mix of wellness, wedding prep & party favors to keep the energy going.

Pilates & Prosecco
Simple, Social, and Sparkling.
- The Movement: A 50-minute full-body sculpt designed to earn that first glass of sparkles and get the heart rate up. Think belly laughs, sips in between reps & high-energy vibes. FUN!
- The Refreshment: A crisp glass of premium Prosecco of course! Have a preferred drop? Choose your favourite wine to be served the moment you step off the mat or during your sweat.
- The Vibe: Summer beats & celebratory sips paired with an all over burn to get you thinking about a little head start to your happy hour.

The Ladies Day Reset
A sophisticated event for your favourite circle.
- The Movement: A 60-minute deep sculpt & mobility flow targeting the whole body. Deep breathing, shaky muscles & stunning views with the besties.
- The Refreshment: Your choice of a specialised beverage, cocktail, mocktails or punch.
- The Goodies: A special gift bag for all of the ladies to enjoy.
- The Vibe: Think the perfect catch up with your friends paired with some girly pop tunes. Guaranteed smiles & cups filled.

- The Movement: A 45-minute flow to prep you for a feast.
- The Refreshment: Choice to include a celebratory beverage or keep it 'dry' by adding a breakfast punch. Option to BYO coffee brew.
- The Vibe: This package is for the mid-morning sessions. Think grazing boards or brunch platters with a side of Pilates, YUM! There are endless choices to be added or to bring along yourself.

- The Movement: A personalised Pilates session featuring the birthday girl's favourite moves and "peak" challenges. If you want to have your cake & eat it too then this one is for you.
- The Perk: A dedicated birthday playlist of your number one songs and a small special Birthday gift from Pilates Hour to you.
- The Vibe: Celebrations and love on your day with all your favourite people enjoying something you love. It's your Birthday and you can totally cry if you want to!

- The Movement: A 45-minute mindful movement session focusing on a more slow controlled flow and alignment. Holding positions, connection with the body and deep breathing.
- The Goodies: Specialised Wellness goodie bags featuring items to help you feel refreshed and rested.
- The Vibe: Best paired with early morning or sunset sessions by the beach of a stunning background.

The Mums & Bubs Little Hour
A gentle space for you and your little one to move together.
- The Movement: A 45-minute postnatal and pregnancy friendly flow designed to safely rebuild core strength, improve posture, and get back to basics. Find this time to reconnect with yourself.
- The Experience: No Sitter? No problem. Bubs are more than welcome on the mat (or in the pram) while you focus on reconnecting with your body in a supportive, relaxed environment.
- The Perk: A great way to bond with your mothers' group and share a coffee (or green juice!) after the session.

The Private Group Session
Just us and the mats.
- The Movement: A fully customised session for you and your friends, coworkers, or family. Choose the length of the session and level.
- The Vibe: Whether you want a "bootcamp" burn or a "slow" Sunday, we bring the flow for any occasion. You choose the vibe!
- The Perk: Choose from our optional add ons to make it a party. Completely customise to suit your vision or keep it simple for a flow with friends.

The Collab Event
Designed for brands, boutiques and studios.
- The Concept: We partner with local businesses to host pop-up events that drive community engagement.
- The Detail: Collaborative branding opportunities, co-marketing and an experience tailored to your brands aesthetic.
- The Vibe: We will match the vibe of your brand and vision for the event. Let's make something to talk about together.
Pricing will vary depending on event requirements, number of guests and involvement required by Pilates Hour. We are happy to discuss options that benefit both brands.
Available Add-Ons
Personalised to your perfection.
- The Slushie Station: Perfectly frozen cocktails for any session. We can provide a Ninja Slushie for your event if you BYO ingredients.
$50 Booking Fee
- Signature Cocktails & Punch: A range of different cocktails may be available upon request to create a single specialised cocktail or punch for any event. (Prices vary depending on ingredients at time of booking.)
- Catering Coordination: We can partner with local cafe's to provide the food for any event such as charcuterie boards or grazing table. (Prices will be quoted upon request depending on number of guests & availability)
- Goodies Bags: An extra little treat for your session, these can be personalised or standard. (Prices will be quoted upon request)
- Travel: Travel is included for Boyne Island, Tannum Sands, Gladstone, Calliope & Benaraby Areas. We are happy to travel at a quoted cost upon request to Agnes Waters/1770, Rockhampton, Yeppoon & Biloela.
